There are three ways to obtain ALLHAT Data:
  1. Collaborate with an ALLHAT sponsor and the Coordinating Center at the University of Texas to analyze data and write a paper or a project proposal
  2. Request a data set to produce your own data runs for your paper or project. Work on your request will proceed after the Coordinating Center receives an IRB approval from your own institution and a Data Distribution Agreement asserting compliance with confidentiality guidelines for use of the data. If approved a Coordinating Center liaison will be assigned
  3. Request a limited access data set from BioLINCC
For options 1 and 2, send a Concept Proposal to Dr. Ellen Breckenridge, at the Coordinating Center to get this process started. Upon request, the Coordinating Center can help identify an ALLHAT sponsor.
